Fairy Rocket c.1970

I watched Blue Peter religiously. I actually dreamed about double sided sticky tape, which was unheard of in Ireland at the time. My mum could also make a Fairy Liquid bottle last months, which was a nightmare for a creative like myself in the 1970s. The cardboard from the centre of the toilet roll was also hard to come by, not like today where my teenagers who step over mounds of them on the bathroom floor and have absolutely no idea where the bin is.
